DV01 Mechelle Ltd has raised $6.1 million during the inital offer period of its Prospectus dated 31 May 2011. The raising, undertaken during a difficult time in the financial markets, was well supported by existing shareholders in the Company.
The Prospectus, which is seeking to raise a total of $30 million (with provisions for over-subscriptions of $10 million), will now stay open for monthly subscriptions, for a period of 12 months, unless closed earlier by the Company’s Directors.
